My experience with Mr. Tony Vari is that he brings common sense to bare on construction inspection issues.  He was both thorough and instructive when it came to problems.  I was very pleased with his work and would certainly use him again.

They need to care about my clients and understand that this is a likely the buyer's largest investment.
